Bit of a sad day today :( It's the first time I haven't been with my wonderful son on his birthday. He's 19 and away at university in Aberystwyth.
So today two people, on two separate occasions said to me you should write a book with all these hints & tips. Well a book might be reaching a bit far at the moment, so it starts with a blog.
I had better do it properly and get the permission from the people I will be mentioning in this blog, especially if they have contributed to the content.
Over the coming weeks, months & hopefully longer I will share hints & tips with you all for ways to make your money go further, whether its just to save on your weekly shop or ways to reach that goal of buying a house. The Hints & Tips wont make you a millionaire but these days every penny counts and the more we can have for ourselves the better.
Not every post will apply to everyone, but you will all find at least one helpful hint or tip that will be useful to you.
The one thing you must always keep in mind at all times is wanting something and needing something are not the same. You might have been able to buy something in the sales at a knocked down price, but did you really need it. A BARGAIN IS NOT A BARGAIN UNLESS ITS NEEDED
